Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no tracking and no advertising pixels. We do not know who you are until you buy something, and even then your payment details never reach us.

When you browse

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare records technical log data such as IP address, time of request and browser type in order to deliver the page and defend against attacks. We do not build profiles from it and we have no analytics tool installed.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google when a page loads. If you would rather that did not happen, tell us and we will host the fonts ourselves — it is a small change.

When you buy

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom, acting as merchant of record and as the seller of record for your transaction. Paddle collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details, and is responsible for that data under its own privacy notice.

We receive from Paddle only what we need to deliver your order and keep our books: your email address, the products bought, the amount and the country. We never see your card number.

When you download

Download links are generated by our own service on Cloudflare Workers and the files are stored in Cloudflare R2. The link contains your order number so that a leaked link can be traced back to the order it came from. Links expire after 72 hours.

Email

Order emails are sent through Resend. If you sign up for the free pack, your address is stored solely to send you the download and occasional release announcements. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Newsletter addresses are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe. Server logs at Cloudflare are deleted according to their retention policy.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to hello@oscillateaudio.com. Where the GDPR applies you may also complain to a supervisory authority.
