License
Version 1.0 ยท 7 September 2026
Plain version first: make music with it, release the music, keep the money. Do not sell the files themselves or hand them on as files. Everything below says the same thing in more careful words.
1. What you get
When you buy a sample pack or a Max for Live device from Oscillate Audio, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use it. You do not become the owner of the content. Nature Tuned LLC retains all copyright.
2. What you may do
- Use the sounds in your own musical works, including commercial releases, streaming, physical media and live performance.
- Use them in soundtracks for film, games, advertising and other audiovisual work.
- Edit, pitch, stretch, layer, resample and process them however you like.
- Keep using anything you have already released, even if this license is later updated.
- Install the files on every machine you personally work on.
No royalty is due, no credit is required, and you do not need to tell us.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, give away, share or redistribute the files in their original or a merely renamed form.
- Include them in another sample pack, preset pack, sound library or instrument.
- Upload them to file sharing services, sample sharing communities or public repositories.
- Register the isolated sounds with a content identification system such as Content ID. If you do, you may block other legitimate customers, and we will ask you to release the claim.
- Claim authorship of the raw recordings.
4. Max for Live devices
Devices may be used in as many of your own Live sets as you like. Do not decompile, republish or distribute a device, whether modified or not. If you build something on top of one of our devices and want to share it, write to us first โ the answer is usually yes.
5. Companies and teams
One purchase covers one person. If several people at a studio or company will use the files, please buy one license per person. For larger teams write to hello@oscillateaudio.com and we will work something out.
6. No warranty
The files are provided as they are. We test everything before release, but we cannot promise a specific result in your setup and cannot be held liable for any loss arising from their use, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Ending the license
If you breach these terms, the license ends. Music you released before that point stays unaffected โ we are not going to come after your discography.
Questions about a use case not covered here? Write to hello@oscillateaudio.com. We would rather answer once than have you guess.
